Log into your Rhino Direct account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the equipment is in its original, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
